They're Growing So Fast!

Mia is now 2 years old. She got this cabbage patch doll for her birthday and she loves it.
JB turned 7. Here's Mia giving him some Love.
Some love with a little chocolate leftovers.
Birthday dinner for Mia, JB, and Kaiya. Mia was feeding her baby just like Dee Dee.
Hee hee ha ha! Soccer is fun!
Cooling off with some icies watching Tiff play.

Congratulations to my sister who is engaged to be married. Yay! Your next, brother! We're busy around here. Tons of soccer. I'm helping Tiff's coach with her highschool team, so we're doing that most of the week. Mia has caught the chicken pox, so we've been home the last couple days dealing with that.
Hope you're all doing good. Love and miss you so much.

Team Camacho is alive and well, even if very busy lately.

Happy 39 to the man, John! We had a little surprise party for him (surprise because normally he gets an "Uh, happy birthday, k?"), but this year, we went all out. Cake with candles, presents, balloons, decorations, and when he walked in the door he was totally delighted. He is THE best husband and Dad and we are grateful for being blessed with him. I love you, John. You make me whole. You give me confidence to be a mother of 3. You make me love myself. Thank you!

My big boy. I cannot believe he'll be 7 next month! He's such a handsome, charming boy.Mia at the beach. She loves the water.
Sissy moment. My gorgeous girls.

We're still alive. Soccer is back, so that's taking up a bunch of free time. John just finished up a leadership course that totally threw our home into chaos. The kids are very used to being able to climb all over him and demand his attention after work, but this leadership class required ALL of his time not in the classroom. He'd come home and go straight to studying. Mia was PO'd for all of January making bedtime a serious challenge. The girl would WAIT for her Daddy, even if it meant bedtime at 11:3opm and beyond. He graduated on the 7th of this month, and though it was tough, all the stress was worth it to have him be able to move up in rank. Yay!
I am going to run 11 miles in the morning. I'll let you know if I finish. Love you all. I can't wait to see you again. I'm dreaming of it daily.

Happy New Year, Familia!

Thank you Gramma and Pappy Mike! A Dragon, and Cube Friends so far. Daddy will take him to a video game store to buy his last Christmas present from you.
Mia picked out a Backyardigans book that came with a kiddy "Ipod". Here JB is trying to read it to her. He is too sweet.
She also picked out some age appropriate puzzles. Yeah, like I said, she dresses funny. The sock on the arm is yet a new accessory she's been rocking.
Here she is saying "Opy it, Mommy!". She wanted to play with her new puzzles.
Puzzles are fun for all... even JB was helping!
Mia trying to fit herself into her stocking. The girl stresses herself out.
I played beautician on Tiff's face. I will definately keep my day job.
At least I did Mia's nails pretty good! The bandaid is covering her dead, dangling fingernail. She closed her finger in the front door a couple weeks ago.
Happy New Year, guys. It was a pretty uneventful night. We had the sounds of cannons and guns ringing in the new year, but we stayed home to stay safe. We are looking forward to a hopeful new year. We look forward to fixing up our fixerupper home, and settling some debts before we are able to make the big move to "America". That is STILL the end goal. Tiff has another day of driving under her belt. John let her drive from Tiyan to our favorite video store in Barrigada. That's probably a whole 3 miles, but she did get onto a main road, which would have freaked me out if I were in the car with her. JB was with them and he said he didn't get scared at all. I guess she did ok!

JB starts school again tomorrow. It's been a hectic holiday season. Tiff and JB were home a lot pretty bored so I left work to take them to do fun things. Mia is totally off schedule and is super crabby because of that. I bring her to school and knowing full well that Tiff and JB are home, she throws at fit! I hate leaving her at school crying. I am looking forward to some regularity again, as I'm sure she is too. You just don't throw someone like Mia off schedule. She knows more than we give her credit for.

John starts some kind of schooling up at Andersen on the 4th. Yet another blessing for 6 weeks. A great one after me missing so much work from the holidays. He fixed his car, finally, and it took him a good 6 hours of nonstop work today. I'm very proud of him and we are both thankful since Dad is going to need his truck for the new construction going on at his house. Pray John's car will last til the day we plan to leave.

Me... he. I'm alright. I have some goals that I want to reach by the end of the year. Lose 20 pounds, pay off our vehicle loan, paint, retile, and put new windows on the house, and eventually have concrete plans to leave the rock. Pray this will happen for us.

I hope you all had a great and safe New Year's Eve celebration, and that you all have goals that you'd like to meet by the new year's end.

We love and miss you all. I cannot wait to see you. Happy New Year.

Rock'em Sock'em is fun for kids all ages.
The new little one, Camryn. She's such a mellow baby.

Finally, Good news!

Christmas has finally arrived at Team Camacho's house.
Tiff had a 2nd interview for the new Ruby Tuesdays that just opened up here last week.
I still haven't sold the kids.

Now, the biggest, most coolest news of all is that Tiff was hired after her interview today! Tiff not only has one hour of driving under her belt (the curbs and boonies up at Tiyan were spared), she is now going to be a working girl. We are so proud of her. She is growing up way too fast.
Merry Christmas, guys. Ours would be much merrier if we were near you, but we will enjoy the day with Dad and the rest of the Guam family. Have a great day together.
Love ya,
Blan
